A chafeless overlay girth, it is contoured for the horse’s comfort. One end features Dover’s signature triple elastic, imported from England. Split end provides even tension front to back. This girth is very nice looking. I think that for the price it is a good quality. My girth has held up well with being used daily. The tripple elastic is nice, and I like the idea of the split end. the padding under the girth is nice too. If you need a girth for riding lessons or schooling it is good.

There must have been different batches of these, because mine is really nice. The quality is great and I've had no trouble after 6 months of use. I've been perfectly happy with it.

When I received this girth, I was not satisfied with the quality (leather, stitching, etc.). It looked poorly made. A few months after purchasing it, the metal buckle began to break. Not recommended.
