How to Measure Your Horse and Fit your BlanketThe fit of your blanket is extremely important to the comfort of your horse. Improperly fitting blankets can cause rubbing and slippage. To find blanket size, measure distance from center of the chest, across the point of the shoulder, and to the center of the tail. Many blankets are sized in two or three inch increments, so choose the closest size available.

Care of Your BlanketBlankets should be cleaned annually. First, remove excess dirt with a brush or hose, then wash by hand or on a delicate cool water cycle. Use very mild soap. Allow to drip dry. Do not put blankets in the dryer as this will damage the waterproof coating and void any warranties.

This is a BEAUTIFUL blanket! Very soft and looks wonderful on the horse! It's only draw back is that it is a shaving magnet when the horse lays down or rubs on something. It is very soft and seems very cozy! It would be best sutied for a show sheet for the cooler months. Really pretty and nice over all!

Cozy and well-fitting. However, the one draw back is shavings stick to it and they just don't want to come off. Works really well as a warm underlayer or even with a cotton sheet over the top to keep off shavings.
