Great product! I bought this halter for my new mare who has a large but fairly slender face, and the horse size fits perfectly. Although the adjustable chin strap does interfere slightly with the lead rope clip it is well worth it if you have a horse like mine with a slender face because you can adjust it so that it's not too wide. The leather was already soft and supple coming out of the box. Very good quality at a reasonable price!

I purchased this halter for my new mare who is smack dab in between sizes (horse and oversize). I've had a really hard time fitting her but this halter has proven to be perfectly adjustable. The leather feels very soft and pliable right out of the box. I only withold a fifth star because the chin is adjustable, which is great in theory, but in practice, the buckle on the chin interferes with the ring you clip the lead rope to. Its a very minor inconvenience, and I'd still highly recommend the halter to anybody.
