Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

Wonderful Helmet! Charles Owen makes a MUCH cheaper version called the JR8, which I now use all the time after I stopped using my GR8. I like it a lot, but I think the JR8 is a lot better because it's cheaper and a little more flattering. Other than that, the JR8 and the GR8 are practically the same, so if you are going to get a CO, go with the JR8 unless you are Mr. Moneybags ;)

The Charles Owen GR8 is it fantastic. I bought this helmet because I needed a helmet to show in.Plus the GPA Titum Professional was WWWWWAAAAAYYYYY to expensive just for a helmet to start with. If you are looking for a helmet that won't break the bank buy the Charles Owen GR8
