Top-opening, easy-to-fill hay bag has top and bottom straps to keep bag from spinning and irritating your horse. Top flap has removable PVC dowels. Seams are bound for added durability, and mesh bottom allows dust to sift out. Name tag inside. Machine wash. 23" x 18" x 10". 71/2" x 12" opening. In black, burgundy, navy, red or green.

Purchased black and green. The green fabric has more nylon content and the dowel ripped through. It also ripped at the bottom the opening. My horses are pretty rough with them, but could see the difference between the two fabrics. I've had them about six months. I purchased two and then in 6 weeks purchased an additional two. The one other problem I have is that the seams on the bottom where the net meets the fabric are ripping out from the horses noses. I'd love to see them strengthen the seams with reinforced fabric or additional strapping like they have down the center. They are easy to load, holding 3 flakes. Straps are securely fastened at the top and adjust with ease.

this is one tough bag! when i saw it in the mud on the far side of the corral i thought it was ruined for sure. still can't figure how my horse got it off the fence and into the mud without breaking or tearing something. nothing harmed at all. don't know if she was mad it was empty or just needed something to play with!

This bag has lasted better and been more functional than any of 3 others. The thicker dowels have not broken and the opening is large enough not to frustrate my greedy horse. It's also the easiest to re-load through the trailer window. It will hold enough hay for overnight, the bottom mesh sifts dust out, the bottom strap can be secured to prevent the bag from being turned around and both straps are adjustable. A well-designed and made bag.
