I'm a "hothouse plant" with a double whammy when it comes to cold intolerance (Raynaud's Syndrome plus low thyroid), but these wonderful paddock boots keep my feet toasty all winter. They work just as well the rest of the year-- I'm always comfortable no matter how hot it gets. And they wear like iron-- mine still look new. So for riding, walking the pastures, barn chores, whatever-- Brit Middie Muck Boots are highly recommended!
