True, these boots are wonderful.
Although, if you do not wear them all the time, the sole desinigrates with every step.
I had not worn mine for 4-5 months...After I pulled them out of the closet...and walked a few steps...the sole was falling apart, crumbling all over the floor.....like gum or glue!
Needless to say I was very up set.
This purchase wasn't cheap for me.
When I e-mailed some one in the company....They informed me that if you do not use this boot consistently...the sole will crumble apart.
I wish the Company would include this detail upon purchase!!!!!!!!

good, comfortable fit. No break in period. great for all activities. My feet didn't get too hot in thes boots. excellent arch and ankle support.
