The caveson does not fit my large warmblood horse very well at all. I cannot even get close to using the throat latch and the bit size is way too small. Too bad you cannot choose bit sizes.

The jury is still out. The caveson is too large for my Arabian but the throat latch is way too small! That's an issue of Quality Control. Dover is sending me a replacement piece. I'm afraid to even try the rest of it if the caveson is so irregular. I will re-post if the replacement part helps. Of course, the only way to really know is to put more holes in the straps and then it's not returnable.
