I thought by putting good money out I would get a good boot. I bought my first pair and with in a week I needed them replaced for a broken zipper. I got my second pair that I loved until once again the zipper broke and I had it replaced twice on one boot and once on the other. I ride alot but I don't abuse my boots at all! They were my show boots and now they sit in the barn collecting dust I can't say I would buy another one of these Ariat's. For the money I paid they should have last more than 2 years.

these are the best boots. I could wear them all day long. the first boots I've had that are actually super comfortable. The leather is really nice. I just bought my 2nd pair because I love them so much. the only thing I would change is a sturdier zipper and a higher spanish top. I wasted my money on the lower end ariat tall boots (heritage) and I can't wear them, they are so uncomfortable, I bought the challenges in the exact same size but they fit so much nicer because the leather is softer.

My daughter has loved these boots since receiving them for her birthday, and I finally bought a pair for myself. They are so comfortable, I wore them a few hours the evening I bought them and then competed in them the next day! They were great. Nothing rubbed, feet were happy, and they were perfect in the saddle. My daughter's have held up very well over the last two years with no zipper problems.
