Best sheet for the price

I completely disagree with the previous rating. 3 horses in our barn that live outside wear this sheet in the pouring rain as well as a top layer to protect their not-so-waterproof turnouts and it has left every one of them dry. The best rain sheet for the price. Although its not comparable to the highest quality Rambo, it will do its job for at least one season if not two full seasons. $72 gets my vote!

I love the fit. It fits my wide draft cross as well as my finer boned mare. It keeps them dry except the shoulders. I found the rain dripped down the neck and into the sheet.

This sheet looks nice, and fits well. I've always loved Amigo blankets, however it is NOT a waterproof sheet. My horse was soaked, and was only outside in the rain for an hour.

How to Measure Your Horse and Fit your Blanket

The fit of your blanket is extremely important to the comfort of your horse. Improperly fitting blankets can cause rubbing and slippage. To find blanket size, measure distance from center of the chest, across the point of the shoulder, and to the center of the tail. Many blankets are sized in two or three inch increments, so choose the closest size available.

Care of Your Blanket

Blankets should be cleaned annually. First, remove excess dirt with a brush or hose, then wash by hand or on a delicate cool water cycle. Use very mild soap. Allow to drip dry. Do not put blankets in the dryer as this will damage the waterproof coating and void any warranties.
