Measure around your head at the widest part, be sure to do this with your hair up if that is how the helmet will be worn. Match the measurement up with a size based on the size chart below. The tape measure should be snug.

This is a low profile nice looking helmet with a great headliner and lot of vents. However, the GPS digs into my head leading a bruise after wearing in front of the TV for an hour! Same problem when my husband tried it. It has silly stickers making that gray colored accent. cheesy I have to return this one. I still feel Tipperary has the best helmet out there.
