Retail Allocation Analyst
Come join a winning team! In this role, you will plan and execute the optimal store inventory replenishment levels, consistently review sales ensuring appropriate turn rates, monitor any excess inventory issues, and support new store openings. Position involves responding to merchandise requests/concerns, meeting with buyers to discuss goals and allocation issues, and anticipating the needs of stores based on trends.
-3 years of experience in Retail Allocation/Planning or centralized Store Inventory Replenishment
-Demonstrated knowledge of retail math (sell-through, weeks of supply, inventory turn)
-Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and vendors
-Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Detail oriented with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills
-Equestrian knowledge a plus but not required

Inventory Warehouse Openings
Are you a horse person looking for a full time job and would love to work with horse products all day? If so, Dover Saddlery is looking for you! We have openings at our warehouse in Littleton, MA. It is necessary to have high attention to detail, the ability to work alone and within a team, knowledge of horse products, able to bend/lift up to fifty pounds and ok with heights; as we will train you to drive a skyjack. This will be a 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday. Besides the generous employee discount we also offer full benefits.
