I was glad I ordered a half size smaller thanks to the advice from someone's earlier post. I like the hook laces at the top and padded ankle area. The toe cap will safe on scuffs. The sole is great along with the arch support. These boots are made of a soft leather and require no break in period. Well worth the money, I really need a rounded toe like these have as so many boots are too narrow in the toe. I'm not sure how hot they will be when summer comes around. I like that they come up over the ankle for protection.

I love all the Ariat boots and these are no exception but the Ladies size 8 ran Really BIG in length and width. The price was great but I will return them for a 7.
